Summer has begun~

Hi all,

Thank you all again for a wonderful school year! I hope your students enjoyed their 6th grade year. :) It was an awesome experience for me! Please don't hesitate to contact me anytime in the future. I will do my best to be there for my former students.

Summer almost near!

That brings worry and excitement for us all. We have less than two weeks before your students are no longer 6th graders! There are just a few things to cover before the end:

1. Final grades are due by next week! They come out Friday May 28th. Everything is due by Monday Morning! I am giving the students extra time to turn things in; the extra weekend will help with that.

2. Everything is due MONDAY May 24th at 9:00am!

3. Wednesday is our field day. As far as information has been given to me, the only water tools allowed are water balloons. We will discuss more next week.

4. Friday, MAY 28th is a half day with NO lunch and NO afterschool.

5. Grade reports will be going out that same day!! Friday, May 28th. If your student will not be there, please give me advance notice so I can make arrangements to get reports turned in early.

Hello everyone! I hope you are having a nice Tuesday. A few notes to start off this short week:

- GRADES WILL BE SENT HOME ON THURSDAY. If your student will not be at school that day, please make sure they let me know and I can send the grades home earlier.

- Thursday: 1/2 Day, NO Lunch, NO After School!

- NO SCHOOL: Friday 3/12, and Monday 3/15.

- All missing/late work is due TODAY, 3/9 by 3:30pm. If there are any questions, please contact me. I might be willing to take any other work Wednesday morning by 9:00am (I prefer it all turned in today because I have to have enough time to update each students' grade report).

Tuesday 2/23

Look, I finally updated! :) I apologize for not posting here more often. I'll make sure to blog more this semester!

Just a few notes and information for you on this short week:

1. Thursday and Friday, Feb 25-26th there is no school! Rodeo Break~

2. March 2nd, just after Rodeo Break is our school Spelling Bee! Our three awesome students: Makayla, Esteban, and Alexandria are going to be participating in the event. Families of the participants, please make sure you come support them March 2nd at 1:00pm!

3. March 5 is the LAST DAY for any late or missing work! Report cards will be coming out to everyone on Thursday, March 11th. Please look forward to them!

These are the events upcoming~~ after we return from Rodeo Break, there will be more updates coming to you. Have a fantastic Tuesday and a wonderful break!!

Reminders this week! 10/26

Monday- Cookie Fundraiser is due today!! Please get that in!

Friday- The Harvest Fest is from 6-9pm. I would love to have more people volunteer for this!! The more I have, the less time you have to work. A shift runs from 1/2hour to 1 hour. Please contact me about this.

Happy Monday! There are a few reminders this week:

- Harvest Festival: October 30th, 6-9pm. I need volunteers, please! More details are in the parent letter.
- Tickets for the Harvest Fest are on sale now! 5 tickets for $1, it costs money for the booths and food. If you wait until the 30th, tickets will be on sale: 4 for $1. Send in money and the order form ASAP.

- The cookie dough fundraiser is due very soon! Please get those turned in this week. The class with the highest amount sold gets a party.
Please try to sell at least 1 thing so all student can participate in the party.

- We are running low on EXPO spray for the white boards. If you can send in just 1 small bottle, I think we can have enough for a few more months. :)

-Please feel free to contact me anytime with questions or concerns. I will be working on calling to check in with all students by Friday of this week. Thank you~!

Welcome to my blog! I finally figured out how to set up my new profile, so feel free to check back here often for new updates. I will still be sending home letters and announcements, but this blog page will be an easier way to communicate with you all. :)
